How to Manifest Like a Pro!
1.Ask. What do you want? If money and time were no object, how would you spend your days? We are so caught up in our day-to-day lives that we do not focus on what we want; we only focus on what we don't want. As you may have noticed, this causes us to live in a "survival mentality" versus a "thriving mentality." So, meditate, visualize, and think about what life you want to create for yourself.
2.Believe. We live in an abundant universe. Our Creator/God/Source/Higher Power/Mother Earth gives us everything we need to survive (i.e., we are provided air, water, and other valuable resources). Granted, in this society, a lot of our resources require money. Money is just another tool we can utilize to buy better experiences. So, when we ask for something, we must have belief. Try using affirmations in the present tense. For example, "I am so happy and grateful now that I have $100,000 in my banking account." (Tip: It's not the money we want. It's what the money buys us that we wish to have).
3.Receive. How are you living now that you have it? What thoughts are you thinking now that you've manifested it in the non-physical realm, and it is on its way in the physical realm? How do you carry yourself now? Millionaires do not walk around seeing and feeling lack. They live an abundant life!
4.Take Inspired Action. This step requires us to meditate and visualize every day. We need to be tuned in, tapped on, and turned on! You'll receive "nudges" from the universe on what actions you should take to propel yourself toward your goal. Perhaps it'll occur in the form of meeting someone. Maybe you'll receive a new thought from Spirit that moves you in a way that you have to take action to create it. Regardless, you'll learn how to spot these signs, and you'll feel your intuition telling you if it's right or not. Trust yourself.
5.Express gratitude. You already live in abundance. If you do not believe so, perhaps it is the lens you choose to see things right now. Please make a list every day of something you are grateful for; it can be one thing, three things, or ten things! (E.g., have you shown gratitude to your lungs for operating correctly? Have you expressed gratitude for the water that hydrates and nourishes your body? Are you grateful for the device you are currently reading this message from?). Regardless, gratitude, appreciation, and love are high vibrations, and we want to stay in a high vibration to attract more of what we want!
