If you're struggling, then read this

 To anyone struggling, I need to reach out to you just to let you know that everything is going to be ok. You're still here.... you're still breathing. And that's all you need to do some good in this world.

And doing good in this world is all you need to do... if you want to recover... if you want to repair.... if you want to find redemption.

It doesn't require God, or religion, or belief. It just requires you opening your heart and reaching out to someone who needs it.
